GuardianTV Media is strictly an entertainment information, trailer embed, and recommendation directory.
- No Streaming Hosting: We do NOT host, broadcast, archive, or transmit full copyrighted movie or TV episode files on our servers.
- Trailers: Video trailers are embedded directly from official studio or distributor channels using YouTube's embed technology.
- Metadata: Content metadata (titles, overviews, ratings, and artwork paths) is provided via The Movie Database (TMDB) API. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
3. Intellectual Property
GuardianTV trademarks, brand assets, and custom design tokens are the proprietary property of GuardianTV. All movie posters, titles, and promotional stills remain the intellectual property of their respective studios and copyright holders.
4. Commercial Links to GuardianTV
GuardianTV Media contains prominent calls-to-action leading to GuardianTV's commercial streaming platform at [https://guardiantv.net](https://guardiantv.net). Subscription purchases, trial access, and terms for streaming services are governed separately by GuardianTV's commercial terms.
